Docks
Water Security Agency (WSA) require permits for any and all shore-land alterations including new boat docks and lifts. Fill out the application and email to [email protected] or drop off the application to the Administration building.
All applications are reviewed by the Operations Manager. Applications will either approved or denied. The applicant will then be notified of the decision. (click on the links below to download)
There is a $150 fee to install a dock. A Boat launch key will be supplied to those who have paid their dock fee. Boat Launch Keys are available to other residents at a cost of $100.00 per key.
